Crumb Cake Recipe

9 x 13 pan
2 Cups Brown Sugar
3 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Lard
1 Cup Sour Cream
1-1/2 Tsp. Soda
3 Eggs
1 Cup Raisins
1 Tsp. Allspice
1 Tsp. Cocoa
Rub together with hands: brown sugar, flour, butter and lard.
Reserve 1 cup for topping. To remainder - add rest of ingredients.
Pour into greased pan. Crumble topping over. Bake at 350° for 45-
50 minutes.
