Sugared Holiday Pecans Recipe

1 lb. Pecans
1 Egg White
1 tbsp Water
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
Beat egg white and water until foamy. Add nuts and stir until
coated. Mix remaining ingredients. Stir into nut mix until wellcoated.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275° for
30 to 45 minutes.
