Apple-Raisin Stuffing Recipe

Fills 10 lb. Goose
3 Cups Cooking Apples, diced and pared
1 Cup Raisins - light or dark or mix
1 Cup Minced Onions
1-1/2 Tsp. Salt
7 Cups Day Old Bread-cut in squares
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
Combine and mix well.
