Oven Fried Chicken Recipe

4 oz. Potato Chips, crushed
1/4 Tsp. Garlic salt
1 dash Pepper
2-1/2 to 3 pounds Chicken pieces
1/2 Cup melted Butter
Dip chicken in melted butter; roll in mix of chips, salt and pepper.
Place pieces, skin side up and not touching, in greased jelly-roll
pan. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs. Bake at 375° for
about one hour - don’t turn.
