Don The Beachcomber Casserole

1 Chicken, cooked and cut up
3 cups Broth
1/2 to 3/4 cup Rice
1/2 Green Pepper chopped
1 cup Celery chopped
1 chopped Onion
1 can Mushroom or 1/4 lb Fresh, sliced
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 cup blanched Almonds ( or water chestnuts or cashews)
Partially cook rice, celery and onion in broth. Combine all ingredients
in a large bowl and pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle
with nuts. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
