1 cup Shortening
3 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2-1/2 cups sifted Flour
1 tsp grated Orange Rind
Mix to form soft ball. Use with cookie press or make thumbprint.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes.
